With the passing of Jack Fredrickson, long time rural appraiser and member of ASFMRA in 2017, the Washington Chapter and his family elected to honor Jack and promote the farm manager and rural appraiser professions to local college students via scholarship.
Eligibility:
Junior and Senior students at University of Idaho and Washington State University with an interest in agriculture, the farm management, or appraisal careers.
Application Process:
Complete the application and email to Whitney.Husband@agwest.com and Mark.Stoltz@agwest.com. Scholarships will be awarded near the end of the school year and distributed through the University financial aid office. Two one-time $1,000 scholarships will be awarded annually. Past scholarship recipients are encouraged to apply.
